An offline run-of-show planner for workshops and events.

Xardas Events is a desktop run-of-show planner for people who run workshops, conferences, and events. Create your events — name, date, venue, notes, and attached documents like venue contracts or floor plans — then lay each one's sessions out as a timeline ordered by start time. Each session shows its start, a computed end time (start + duration), speaker, and a color-coded status, and Xardas Events automatically flags gaps and overlaps between consecutive sessions so a double-booking or dead spot is visible at a glance.

Alongside the timeline you get a live dashboard, a full session list with filters, an attendee list with ticket types and one-click check-in, and exports to CSV or a printable run sheet. It runs entirely on your own machine: your data stays local, with no accounts, no cloud, and no tracking.

What it does

  • Full event management — create, edit, and delete events with dates, venues, notes, document attachments, per-event session and attendee counts, and a delete confirmation that counts exactly what goes with it
  • Run-of-show timeline ordered by start time, with computed end times (start + duration) and color-coded status pills
  • Automatic gap (idle time) and overlap (double-booking) detection between consecutive sessions, plus a summary of total scheduled time and show window (first start to last end)
  • Live dashboard: upcoming events, session and attendee counts, check-ins, an attendees-per-event bar chart, and the next event's run-of-show
  • Attendee list with editable ticket types (defaults: General, VIP, Speaker, Staff), one-click check-in toggle, search, filters, and a live checked-in/total counter
  • Exports to CSV (events, sessions, attendees) and a printable PDF run sheet with computed end times and gap/overlap flags

  • No subscription and no account. After a one-time online activation on first launch — the app checks your license key with the marketplace you bought it from — it runs on your own computer with no periodic license checks and no telemetry, and keeps working even if this website disappears.
  • Your license covers up to three activated installations at a time. You can release an installation from inside the app to free a slot for another one. Licensing requires Internet access only when activating or releasing an installation.   • Other than licensing activation and release, Xardas Events makes no network connections — your data stays in a local file on your machine, with no cloud and no tracking.
