XavQora

A native production hub that moves every video, short, and post from idea to published.

XavQora is a native Windows desktop app for solo creators who plan and publish across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and the platforms they post to. Its Production Board is a content kanban with one column per stage — Idea, Scripting, Recording, Editing, Scheduled, Published — where every piece is a card you nudge forward or back, or open to edit. A live dashboard tracks pieces published this month, work in production, brand-deal revenue, and your next publish date.

A Brand Deals screen follows each sponsorship from outreach to paid, with one-click mark-paid, CSV export, and one-page PDF deal summaries. Everything runs locally on your machine — no account, no cloud, no subscription. CSV exports open in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.

  • No subscription and no account. After a one-time online activation on first launch — the app checks your license key with the marketplace you bought it from — it runs on your own computer with no periodic license checks and no telemetry, and keeps working even if this website disappears.
  • Your license covers up to three activated installations at a time. You can release an installation from inside the app to free a slot for another one. Licensing requires Internet access only when activating or releasing an installation.   • Other than licensing activation and release, XavQora makes no network connections — your data stays in a local file on your machine, with no cloud and no tracking.

The installer is digitally signed: Windows shows XARDAS AI LLC as the verified publisher, and it installs to your user account with no admin password.
