Xardas Contacts is an offline personal CRM and follow-up manager for anyone keeping in touch with leads, clients, and contacts who wants nothing slipping through the cracks. Its hero Follow-ups screen reads each contact's follow-up date and sorts them into Overdue, Today, This week, and Upcoming, so you always know who to reach next. Logging an interaction from a card records the touch, stamps the last-contacted date, and schedules the next nudge in a single step.

It is a native single-window desktop app, not a web page or an Electron wrapper. Every record lives in a local file on your machine, with no accounts and no cloud, and — other than licensing activation and release — no network access. A live dashboard, full contact management, editable interaction channels, and CSV export round out the package.

  • No subscription and no account. After a one-time online activation on first launch — the app checks your license key with the marketplace you bought it from — it runs on your own computer with no periodic license checks and no telemetry, and keeps working even if this website disappears.
  • Your license covers up to three activated installations at a time. You can release an installation from inside the app to free a slot for another one. Licensing requires Internet access only when activating or releasing an installation.
