Xardas Newsletter is a native Windows desktop app for paid-newsletter creators who sell ad sponsorships. One window manages your advertisers, moves every sponsorship deal through a visual pipeline, plans your issue schedule, and tracks the revenue behind it. The hero is a kanban board with a column per stage — Pitched, Negotiating, Booked, Live, Paid — where each card shows the sponsor, dollar amount, and target issue date, and every column header totals its deal count and value.

A live dashboard surfaces booked revenue this month, open pipeline value, your next issue date, and active sponsors. Everything runs on your machine in a local file, with no account, no cloud, and no tracking. Export any table to CSV, or a branded one-page pipeline-summary PDF.

What it does

  • Sponsorship-pipeline kanban across five stages (Pitched, Negotiating, Booked, Live, Paid) — click a card to edit it or advance its stage; each column header carries its own deal count and dollar total
  • Live dashboard: booked revenue this month, open pipeline value, next issue date, latest subscriber count, and active sponsors, plus a booked-by-month bar chart and a deals-to-chase list
  • Full sponsor management with contact details and status, per-sponsor deal count and booked total; deleting a sponsor cascades to its deals
  • Issue schedule tracking each edition's send date, status (Planned, Drafting, Scheduled, Sent), and recorded subscriber count
  • Export any table to CSV, plus a branded one-page pipeline-summary PDF

  • No subscription and no account. After a one-time online activation on first launch — the app checks your license key with the marketplace you bought it from — it runs on your own computer with no periodic license checks and no telemetry, and keeps working even if this website disappears.
  • Your license covers up to three activated installations at a time. You can release an installation from inside the app to free a slot for another one. Licensing requires Internet access only when activating or releasing an installation.   • Other than licensing activation and release, Xardas Newsletter makes no network connections — your data stays in a local file on your machine, with no cloud and no tracking.
